Act Attack is a multicultural Theater group active in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal & Greece. We offer English speaking Acting & Improv classes, for everyone who wants to achieve personal development in a fun way & for business team building purposes. We have a very dynamic and creative team and we are always open for new enthusiastic community assistants or volunteers to join us!

1) Admin & Customer Service Coordinator

Remote, Part-Time Position, 4-7 hours per week, long term

*Job Description*
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and communication for Act Attack’s communities and reporting to the founder of Act Attack. This is a role that requires you to wear many hats, from being our students’ point of contact, to driving sales and engagement, to data implementation and management. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the arts and community building, as well as detail oriented and timely and who is passionate about supporting Act Attack in growing our theater community!

*Responsibilities and Duties*
– Managing incoming inquiries from potential and existing students & teachers, from implementing data into Google Sheets, to answering WhatsApp or Email messages, to updating the spreadsheets based on their current status (paid, no answer, etc)
– Providing excellent customer service when communicating with students
– Creating and managing at least 2-3 Whatsapp groups per season and scheduling/rescheduling courses when needed
– Being active and engaged in the whatsapp groups by sending supportive messages
– Supporting Sales team by performing tasks related to organization, strong communication & community building
– Contributing and developing ways to promote engagement and obtain feedback, including but not limited to creating feedback forms, proofreading content, brainstorming for ideas on community building and engagement… etc

*Key Requirements*
– You have lots of experience with administrative & customer service tasks
– You have worked in education or theater (strongly preferred)
– You are a fluent to native English speaker. Spanish and/or Greek is a plus.
– You are easy going & friend people’s person with a kind personality
– You have excellent communication, organization, and listening skills
– You are flexible and patient & detail oriented
– Last but not least: you love theater and you are very motivated to help others discover their passion too!

*Other Requirements*
👉 You are a freelancer (so you can send invoices)
👉 You are motivated to work (only) 4-7 hours per week and for long term, but staying engaged and responsive whenever is needed in an everyday basis (mainly via Whatsapp)
👉 You live in the Netherlands or Spain and you can travel sporadically to Amsterdam or Barcelona
👉 You are available join for free (mandatory) at least 1 of our theater courses in Amsterdam or Barcelona (MO-FRI 19:00-21:00, once a week, duration 2 months, starting September)

2) Social Media Coordinator

Remote, Part-Time Position, 4-7 hours per week, long term

Are you a Theater lover 🎭, you have strong Social Media experience?

The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong social media presence for our company. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

  • Create engaging text, video, and image content
  • Design creative posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and grow the community
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Research target audience and discover current trends
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Supporting with Administration & Coordination tasks, communicating with students & teachers (optional)

*Qualifications*
– 4+ years proven work experience as a social media coordinator in English, preferably in the field of performing arts or education
– Good Graphic design skills and ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
– Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
– Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
– Strong administration and customer service experience
– Storytelling skills, strong communication, multitasking & analytical skills. Supporting Sales team by performing tasks related to organization, strong communication & community building
– Creative, outside of the box & strategic thinking
– Fluent to native English speaking & writing skills. Spanish is a big plus
– You love theater and education, and you are very motivated to help others discover their passion too!

3) Photo & Community Assistant (volunteer)

Offline (In-Class), Part-Time volunteer work, 1-2 hours per week, long term

*Responsibilities and Duties*
– Taking expressive photos of students acting – only during the last 2 classes of each course – with a good camera phone or a silent dslr camera. At the same time participating in the class as a student.
– Uploading the photos in Google drive folders, categorizing them and adding clear descriptions on the best photos suitable for our social media posts
– Being available to attend at least 1-2 classes per week (on a fixed day). We have classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 19:00-21:00, in the center of the city.
– Helping the teachers for anything practical needed (like opening doors to the students who are late)
– Contribuing to the growth of our community with engangement and passion while attending the classes and in our whatsapp groups
