Admin Coordinator at Act Attack Theater

Remote, Part-Time Position, 3-5 hours per week

Act Attack is a multicultural theater school that offers courses to everyone looking to learn how to act, express themselves and interact with people. The goal is to show people how they can use theater as a tool for personal development in a fun and creative way. As a growing community, there are certain tasks with which the Act Attack team needs help in order to continue to grow & make an impact. We would like to share our project with other passionate, like-minded people that will help us develop because, thanks to our success in Amsterdam, Act Attack is now expanded to The Hague, Athens, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon..and hopefully more to come! 

Job Description
Act Attack is currently looking for an Admin Coordinator (Part-Time role). This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and communication for Act Attack’s communities and reporting to the founder of Act Attack. This is a role that requires you to wear many hats, from being our students’ point of contact, to driving sales and engagement, to data implementation and management. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the arts and community building, as well as detail oriented and timely and who is passionate about supporting Act Attack in growing our theater community!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing incoming inquiries from potential and existing students & teachers, from implementing data into Google Sheets, to answering WhatsApp or Email messages, to updating the spreadsheets based on their current status (paid, no answer, etc)
  • Providing excellent customer service when communicating with students
    Creating and managing at least 2-3 Whatsapp groups per season and scheduling/rescheduling courses when needed
  • Being active and engaged in the whatsapp groups by sending supportive messages 
  • Supporting Sales team by performing tasks related to organization, strong communication & community building
  • Contributing and developing ways to promote engagement and obtain feedback, including but not limited to creating feedback forms, proofreading content, brainstorming for ideas on community building and engagement… etc
  • Posting in Facebook groups about our courses (optional)
  • Taking photos in the classes (optional and for only at the last class of each course)

Key Requirements

  • You are a fluent or native English speaker
  • You are easy going & friend people’s person with a kind personality
  • You have excellent communication, organization, and listening skills
  • You are flexible and patient
  • Last but not least: you love theater and you are very motivated to help others discover their passion too!

Other Requirements

  • You live in Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Madrid, or Lisbon
  • You have another phone or a way to create a WhatsApp Business Account (all of our daily communication takes place on WhatsApp)
