General Terms and Conditions of Act Attack for Training Classes (as of 8 June 2020) 

Act Attack is committed to ensure that:

  • Τhe Courses are taught by competent and motivated teachers;
  • Τhe Courses are taught as much as possible by the same Teacher;

Priority is given to Students who booked a Full Course (students who book a Trial Class are only entitled to access to the Full Course, if there are still spots available).

The Student shall:

  • Pay
    • the full price of the Courses upfront on the first Class if they have chosen a full Course
      • Or
    • pay the price of the Trial Class upfront the first Class;
      • or
    • pay the price of the Trial Class upfront  on the first Class; and
    • the full price of the Courses (minus the price of the trial Class) upfront on the second Class if they decide to continue with the full Course after the Trial Class.
  • Adhere to the Course schedule agreed with Act Attack;
  • Inform the Teacher & the group ahead of time that he/she cannot arrive to a Course on time for any reason (eg. in writing by instant message or email);
  • Follow the instructions of the teacher during the class;
  • Inform Act Attack before the course starts about any relevant medical conditions that may impact the student’s participation to the Course. If the student fails to communicate this, Act Attack cannot be held liable, in case the student needs to interrupt or terminate the Course for their own safety, or the safety of their classmates

  1. Act Attack grants Students/every Student the right to withdrawal no later than 30 (thirty) days before the beginning date of class. The Student may request a refund without having to give any reason to revoke the Course Agreement during this 30-day period. Any request addressed after this deadline will not be considered.
  2. Amendments are possible depending on availability, for another course in the same season.
  3. Act Attack grants Students/every Student the right to terminate any Private course. Such termination shall be notified to the Teacher at least 2 weeks before the last Class.
  4. Cancellations and refunds are possible in case Act Attack cancels a course for any reason or cannot reschedule a course for another date, or cannot move the student(s) to another course. In such a case, a refund of the full enrollment fee will be provided to the Student no later than 7 (seven) days before the starting date of class.
  5. If a Student is absent for more than 3 intermediate classes (that include preparation and rehearsals for a show), it will be up to the Teacher to decide whether the Student can continue the Full Course and if he/she is eligible to participate at the Show.
  6. In order to offer the best possible experience, informative and quality content, and access to resources, Student may need to allow access to limited personal information (first name, last name, email address, phone number). The information collected is for the exclusive use of Act Attack. Act Attack will not share personal data with any third party.

Complaints
If you think that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to lodge a complaint at the authority. For The Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
